Beach Vibe One-Bedroom Villa: $480 NZD per night for two people (minimum stay 3 nights) Max: 3 Guests.

If needed a single bed can be set up in the lounge area for a third guest (supplementary cost of $75 NZD/night for third guest)

Executive Villa Two-Bedrooms: $650 NZD per night for two people (one bedroom only) or $815 NZD/night for 4 people (minimum stay 3 nights)

Max: 4 Guests. If needed a single bed can be set up in the lounge area for a fifth guest in the Executive Villa

(supplementary cost of $100 NZD/night for additional guests)

Inclusions:

• A starter pack including wine, beer, breakfast items for your first morning will be waiting for your arrival

• Complimentary arrival shuttle to the villa, departure shuttle can be arranged at $25 NZD per person each way.

Cleaning Fee:

A cleaning fee applies per booking - $250 NZD for the 1-Bedroom Villa; $350 NZD for the 2-Bedroom Executive Villa.

Bond:

We kindly request a credit card bond of $500 to be held during your stay. The bond will be released upon satisfactory inspection of the property after check-out. Thank you for understanding.

Payment Policy (direct bookings):

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

• The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.

• Payments can be made by Visa, Master card or direct payment into Beach Vibe nominated bank account.

  Note that a 4.5% credit card fee applies to international Visa and Mastercard payments. Guests are responsible for all bank charges and transfer fees associated with international payments. A minimum NZ$15 bank processing fee may apply. The full booking amount must be received by Beach Vibe.

Cancellation Policy (direct bookings):

• Cancellations received 61 days or more prior to arrival will receive a refund of monies paid, less a 15% administration fee.

• Cancellations received between 46 and 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit the 50% deposit.

• Cancellations received 45 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit 100% of the total booking value.

• No refund is available for no-shows, unused nights, delayed arrivals, or early departures.

• Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.
